The project involved the construction of a new community hub & sports facility along with the eternal works and carparking facility.

Alto were appointed to complete the groundworks and construction of all roads, sewers, parking and external hard landscaping to the hub facility.

Works comprised of:

• Construction of all pile caps, beams, foundations, and lift pits along with waterproofing solutions
• Construction of ground floor slab
• Construction of adoptable surface water and foul water drainage connections
• Construction of substation
• Section 278 works to new entrances
• Installation of all Surface Water and Foul Water drainage including attenuation facilities
• Construction of all external works including access roads and vehicle parking.
• Construction of RC retaining walls and to accommodate level changes for access ramps and staircase
