Alto Construct were appointed to carry out the groundworks package for the construction of a new ward and retail block at Warwick Hospital.

The works comprised of the following:

• Construction of a large reinforced concrete slab 2000m2 for the sitting of modular units
• Construction of all surface water and foul water drainage systems
• Installation of an attenuation tank and hydro brake flow control manhole for surface water control
• Construction of external reinforced concrete plant slabs for associated plant and equipment for the new ward
• Construction of new external works including footpaths, block paving plus  hard and soft landscaping
