We were appointed by Caddick to carry out the Ground Works package on the construction of a new sixth form college in Leeds.

Works on this site consisted of:

• Reinforced Concrete foundations
• Ducting
• Foundation and Surface Water drainage
• Section 278 works
• Attenuation tank installation
• Kerbing and the construction of all access roads and carparks
• All other external works
