Alto were appointed as groundworks contractor on the development of a large distribution centre in Sheffield. The project comprised of:

• All groundworks for the scheme including construction of all foundations, earthworks to create the development platform
• Installation of all surface and foul water drainage system including large attenuation tanks
• Construction of surface water outfall into the River Don
• Creation of 150 000sq ft reinforced concrete external yard and dock levellers
• Construction of ground floor reinforced concrete slab
• All external works and landscaping
