Site Managers (Civil Engineering/Groundworks)
Alto Construct is a privately-owned, independent civil engineering contractor. We undertake a diverse range of civil engineering projects on a nationwide basis.
We are looking for Site Managers to join our team. As a Site Manager at Alto Construct you will manage and direct day-to-day operations on site, to ensure contracts are completed safely, to programme and within budget, whilst meeting our exacting quality standards.
We would love to hear from you if you have:
- Extensive experience as a Site Manager successfully delivering a range of civil engineering and/or groundworks schemes.
- An uncompromising approach to health and safety and the ability to build a positive health and safety culture on site.
- A commitment to delivering an exceptional levels of quality on site. Taking ownership for every aspect of a project, solving problems and overcoming any challenges.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting, successful relationships with clients, suppliers, other contractors and personnel.
- Site Managers Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS).
- CSCS card.
- A driving licence, as some travel is part of the role.
- First Aid at Work.
